Yes, always. Your domain (e.g., yourshop.com) is registered in your name and belongs to you. If you ever leave, you keep your domain and can take it anywhere. We'll never hold your web presence hostage.

We require a 3-month initial commitment — enough time to build your site and see real results. After that, it's month-to-month and you're free to cancel anytime with a billing cycle's notice. We think you'll stay because you love the service, not because you're locked in.

Most sites are complete and live within 5–10 business days after we gather your content (photos, business info, etc.). We'll give you a timeline at the start of your project and keep you updated throughout.

We're happy to help with updates and content changes as needed. Change requests are handled separately from monthly hosting.

Others — like Slice or OpenTable — work best as a button or link that opens their platform in a new tab. Either way, the result is a clean, connected experience for your customers. You create and manage your account directly with the platform; we handle getting it onto your site and making it look like it belongs there.
