Yes, always. Your domain (e.g., yourshop.com) is registered in your name and belongs to you.
If you ever leave, you keep your domain and can take it anywhere. We'll never hold your
web presence hostage.
We require a 3-month initial commitment — enough time to build your site and see real
results. After that, it's month-to-month and you're free to cancel anytime with a
billing cycle's notice. We think you'll stay because you love the service, not because
you're locked in.
Most sites are complete and live within 5–10 business days after we gather your content
(photos, business info, etc.). We'll give you a timeline at the start of your project and
keep you updated throughout.
That's included in your monthly fee! Routine updates — new hours, a seasonal promotion,
swapping out photos, updating your menu — are all part of the service. Just send us a
message and we'll take care of it, usually within 1–2 business days.
Not much! We'll need your business name, some photos (even smartphone photos work fine),
a brief description of what you do, your hours, and contact info. We'll walk you through
everything in our first conversation — no tech knowledge required.
